a2jl Terms & Conditions — User Agreement for Filipino Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the a2jl online gaming platform located at a2jl.cam and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces. By registering an a2jl account, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. 2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

2.2 Geographic and Jurisdictional Eligibility

The a2jl platform is intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. Users accessing the a2jl platform from outside Philippine territory do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws in their jurisdiction. a2jl does not make any representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines. Access to the a2jl platform from territories where online gaming is illegal is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Account Limitations

Each individual user is permitted to hold one (1) a2jl account only. Duplicate accounts, accounts registered under false names, or accounts used to circumvent account suspension or self-exclusion measures are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. Users are prohibited from allowing third parties to access or use their a2jl account under any circumstances.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To create an a2jl account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• Date of birth (verifying you are 21 years of age or older)
• Valid Philippine mobile phone number for account verification and security purposes
• Email address (if provided, must be accurate and accessible)
• Secure password meeting a2jl's minimum password requirements

Any information you provide to a2jl must be truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any time during your use of the a2jl platform constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.2 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your a2jl account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You agree to:

• Never share your a2jl login credentials with any third party
• Immediately notify a2jl customer support if you suspect unauthorized account access
• Log out of your a2jl account when using shared or public devices
• Use a strong, unique password not shared with other online services

a2jl is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials. Any activity conducted through your a2jl account is your responsibility, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify a2jl customer support of suspected unauthorized use.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Philippine law requires a2jl to verify the identity of all users before processing withdrawal requests. You agree to provide any documents or information reasonably requested by a2jl for KYC verification purposes, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, or additional verification selfies. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by a2jl (typically 72 hours from request) will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

a2jl accepts deposits via the payment methods displayed in the platform cashier, which include but are not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, and over-the-counter bank deposits at BPI, BDO, and Metrobank branches. All deposits to your a2jl account must originate from a financial account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no maximum deposit limit unless otherwise communicated to you through your a2jl account dashboard or by a2jl customer support. Deposits are typically credited to your a2jl wallet within 5 minutes of successful transaction confirmation. In rare cases where deposit processing is delayed beyond 30 minutes, contact a2jl live chat support with your transaction reference number.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method and account name used for your most recent deposit. a2jl reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 PHP. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 PHP. Standard withdrawal processing time is 1 to 24 hours for e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) and 1 to 3 business days for bank transfers.

You may only withdraw funds that are yours by legal right. Winnings obtained through fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion, or violation of these Terms are not eligible for withdrawal and will be voided. a2jl does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own fees for receiving funds.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

a2jl operates in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal is permitted. Deposits followed by immediate withdrawal requests without intervening gaming activity will be flagged for AML review and may result in account suspension pending investigation. a2jl reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authoriti es as required by law.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

In the event of a software or hardware malfunction, all affected bets and payouts will be voided. a2jl will make all reasonable efforts to restore the platform to normal operating status as quickly as possible and will communicate material disruptions to players via on-site notifications. a2jl shall not be liable for any loss of profits, winnings, or opportunity costs arising from platform downtime or game malfunction.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Rewards

6.1 General Bonus Terms

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to your a2jl account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

• Opening more than one a2jl account per individual
• Using software bots, scripts, automated betting tools, or artificial intelligence to interact with the a2jl platform
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the a2jl platform
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in your favour without reporting them to a2jl
• Using another person's account, payment method, or identity for any purpose
• Attempting to circumvent any technical security measures implemented by a2jl
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing a2jl staff or other platform users
• Accessing the a2jl platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is illegal

9. Account Suspension and Termination

a2jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or irregular activity
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months
• Request by you to close your account or initiate self-exclusion
• Regulatory requirement or law enforcement directive

Upon termination of your a2jl account for reasons attributable to your breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in your a2jl wallet — including cash deposits, bonus balances, and pending winnings — may be forfeited at a2jl's discretion. Where termination occurs due to platform closure or at your own request, your remaining verified cash balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 10 business days following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, a2jl's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the a2jl platform shall be limited to the total net deposits made to your a2jl account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

a2jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming opportunity, or any other intangible losses, whether arising from contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if a2jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies to losses resulting from platform downtime, game malfunctions, service interruptions, unauthorised account access arising from your own failure to maintain security, or changes to applicable law or regulation affecting the availability of the a2jl platform.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Raising a Dispute

If you have a dispute relating to your a2jl account, a transaction, a game outcome, or these Terms, you must first contact a2jl customer support via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Provide a clear description of your complaint and any supporting documentation. a2jl aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt.

11.2 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between you and a2jl shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

12. Changes to These Terms

a2jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, a2jl will provide reasonable notice to registered users via on-site notification or email prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the a2jl platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you must cease using the a2jl platform and close your account by contacting a2jl customer support.
